Are your products made with natural antlers and horns? The products you will find on our website are NOT MADE WITH NATURAL ANTLERS OR HORNS. They are cast in many different antler pattern configurations, using synthetic materials, and then hand finished to give each antler or horn it's own unique natural look.
Are your lighting products safe? All of our lighting products have been inspected and approved by UL, so you can be sure they meet all standards of electrical safety codes.
Is your wiring visible? All wiring is run through the middle of the antler so they are completely hidden. (other antler lighting company's router the top of the antlers and try to cover it up with wood filler)
How are the antlers held together? All products are assembled with screws because our products are a solid (all the way through) cast synthetic, (most manufacturers use styrofoam in the middle and screws won't hold). This assures that your antler chandelier lighting or home decor product will arrive in great shape and stay that way.
Are the pictures of the actual product? Absolutely they are. These are very high quality photos showing all of the fine details so you can see that each antler chandelier, antler lamp, and antler decor products are the highest quality available.
Can I get a catalog of your products? We are sorry, but we do not offer a catalog of products. All of our antler chandeliers, antler lamps, and antler decor products that we offer can be seen on our website.

How do you guys ship? We ship via UPS, DHL, or TRUCK, depending on the weight, size, and shipping destination. Please visit the shipping section for detailed information. Once you make an order you can log on to your account and view the tracking and order update.
Do you ship internationally? Only to USA and Canada at this time.
What are your shipping charges? We ship all products FREE to any contiguous state of the USA, and additional charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico.
Do you provide a tracking number? Yes, we do provide tracking numbers for our customers. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you can simply log on into your account and get your tracking from there. Although orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday we do state in our "shipping information" section the estimated time line. Please visit this section for further details.
How long will it take to receive my order? This depends on the product you purchase. If your item is in stock, we estimate the shipping time will be around 6-9 business days depending on your location. Items which are on back order are estimated to take up to two weeks to receive prior to the same shipping estimation. We will always inform you if there is to be a delay.

What kind of coating is on the Wrought Iron products? We use a flat black powder coating that is baked on and it will last for many years even in the outdoors invironment.
