You will find that we consider your satisfaction with our product as our #1 priority. Our products are the very best quality available and every product is 100% fully inspected before we ship it to you. When you receive your product please inspect it immediately for damage while the delivery person is present, if possible. If it has damage, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately, so we can ship a replacement to you.
RETURN POLICY ON CHANDELIERS
All large chandeliers are custom built to order, therefore we cannot offer our normal cancellation or return policy for items not determined to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt. If a large chandelier item is returned, all return freight will be paid by the customer and a 50% restocking fee must be charged prior to the return.
RETURN POLICY ON ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
- All return requests must be filed no later than 3 days from the time the item is received. Please contact us at returns@antlerlightingdecor.com to obtain information regarding the return. When you send the request please provide: your full name and address, the date the order was received, list of the item requesting return, the reason you want a return or exchange.
- All items must be returned in the same condition you have received it. When you are requesting a return because of defect, please send us a picture of the defect to allow us to verify it. We will offer compensation for shipping costs in this case.
- When there is no quality issue involved the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the item back to us, and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee prior to the return.
- Any items received with damage will be replaced promptly at no charge. (When you receive your shipment, please inspect it immediately for shipping damage caused by the carrier, and if it has damage refuse the shipment and contact us immediately)
