We provide FREE SHIPPING on ONLY the Antler products shipped within the contiguous USA! There will be additional freight charges for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico so you must please contact us at customerservice@antlerlightingdecor.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

NOTE: All Wrought Iron products are shipped UPS and the handling & shipping charges will be shown at checkout. We ship these products only to USA.

All of our orders are shipped fully insured.

On small antler products that are normally in stock, delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days from the time you place your order and we receive your payment. On large chandeliers, built to order, it may take up to 4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery by truck. On Wrought Iron products we normally ship the complete order in 5 to 6 days, and if there is a backorder we will notify you via email.
We ship antler products via UPS, DHL & TRUCK depending on the size and delivery point. All Wrought Iron decor products are shipped via UPS.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, we cannot be responsible for reshipment if you provide us with an incorrect address. We cannot ship to a PO Box number.
